Alex and Igor have spent their whole working lives in construction. They built companies in Ukraine and Poland before founding Inreal Construction in Washington in 2020. Today their crew of 15+ tradespeople builds, remodels and restores homes across the Seattle area.

From Ukraine to Poland to Seattle: a lifetime of building homes
Construction is not a side business for us — it is what Alex and Igor have done their whole lives. They have worked on all kinds of buildings and in all kinds of weather, and they brought that experience to Washington in 2020.
Alex and Igor began their careers in Ukraine and built their own construction company there, working on residential projects from foundations to finishes.
They moved to Poland and ran a construction company there, adding European building standards, materials and methods to their experience.
In 2020 the brothers came to the United States and founded Inreal Construction in Washington State, registered as INREAL INC.
A crew of 15+ tradespeople handling everything from repairs and remodels to full home restoration across King, Pierce and Kitsap County.

Washington law requires every contractor to be registered, bonded and insured. Plenty of “handymen” quoting your job are not. Here’s our paperwork so you can verify it yourself in about a minute.
Verify it yourself: search our registration number on the Washington State L&I Verify a Contractor page — you’ll see the active licence, the bond, the insurance, and that we have no lawsuits, violations or L&I tax debts on record. A current certificate of insurance and our L&I printout go out with every quote, and we’ll name you as certificate holder on request.
