This project began with a meticulously planned renovation of a house in terrible condition. The home had no floors, shattered windows, crumbling walls, and lacked electricity and water. It required a complete restoration. Our team took on the challenge to transform this space into a cozy and functional home.
We restored the walls and roof, reestablishing the home’s structural integrity. New windows were installed to fill the space with light, and durable flooring was laid throughout. A significant highlight was the construction of a new deck on the second floor, providing an inviting outdoor space.
Additionally, we updated all essential systems, including new electrical wiring and plumbing, ensuring modern comforts in the home. This transformation showcases how quality construction can revive even the most severely damaged properties.
