Repair & rebuild
One crew does the demo and the rebuild, and we walk the finished job with you.
Filing an insurance claim? We help with that.
Water and mold damage is often covered by homeowners or business insurance. We work with insurance claims every week and make the process easier for you:
- Photos and notes of the damage for your adjuster
- A detailed written estimate, line by line
- We can meet the adjuster on site
- Repairs scheduled as soon as the claim is approved
Coverage depends on your policy. We do not decide claims, but we give your adjuster everything they need.

Frequently asked questions
How fast can you come out?
Monday to Saturday we can often visit the same day you call. If water is still running, shut off the main water valve first.
Do you work with insurance?
Yes. We document the damage with photos, prepare a detailed written estimate for your adjuster and can meet them on site. Coverage depends on your policy.
Do you dry out the house?
Walls and floors must be fully dry before we close them up. We check moisture levels before the rebuild. If a large drying job is needed first, we will tell you during the inspection.
How much does water damage repair cost?
It depends on how much material is wet and what has to be replaced. Small drywall and paint repairs can be a few hundred dollars; a full room with new flooring costs more. You get a free written estimate after the inspection.
Will I need new flooring?
Not always. Tile can often be saved. Laminate and carpet usually need replacement once soaked. Hardwood depends on how long it was wet.
Can you also fix the leak?
We find the source of the water. If a pipe needs repair, a licensed plumber fixes it before we rebuild, so you do not have to coordinate it yourself.
