Who do I call when my ceiling is leaking?

Is a ceiling leak an emergency?
If water is dripping or the drywall sags, yes. Turn off water to that area, move things away and call us.
Can you just paint over the stain?
Only after the leak is fixed and the drywall is dry. Otherwise the stain comes back and mold can grow.
